I love how she shimmies in the wind.
Copper characters and mood candles evolved from having an abundance of glass jars and excess copper wire. The mood candles make perfect votives, and they are fun to paint. They look amazing with bees wax tea lights, and I love the art that is created when I light them up. A couple of the mood candle projects involved painted wood board canvas to enhance the enchantment. The copper wire was initially used in the crystal creations, and then began to take shape as mermaids on clam shells. Not long after stone faeries popped out, and other characters continuously float to mind. I enjoy playing with both of styles of art, and I'm excited for the next project that manifests.

Creating Dream Dragon was a journey deeper into the legend of The Crystal Child. When I began working on this project I didn't know where it would take me, and I was surprised to find myself back in the Prism of MIND playing with stories. The colors started to flow and invoked new myths and legends born into light. The finished piece is mysterious and delightful, and I was excited to fire it up and let the spells be cast to raise the Dream Dragon.

Legend has it that if you know the Dream Dragon's true name, you may pass into the Skull of Forever and enter Sunclue City, the crystalline center at its heart. If you don't know the Dream Dragon's name, you will remain asleep, lost in your dreams,

Penny Cottage

But should you meet her with a false face, it will be revealed in ways you can't imagine.
